Duties & Responsibilities

This position is solely focused on company development, thus the applicant must be ready to go right away.
In order to secure new positions or businesses, you will make cold calls to potential clients and visit clients.
The research team will handle all aspects of recruitment, leaving you to concentrate solely on bringing in new clients and keeping those you already have.

Desired Experience & Qualification

5+ years of business development experience with recruitment agencies (not HR departments).
successful track record of customer acquisition and sales.
It is crucial to understand the complexities of IT roles.
Experience in hiring is essential.
The emphasis will lean primarily toward a sales personality because this is a pure sales function.

Package & Remuneration

Monthly commission of $60,000 more.
