We are currently hiring a Recruitment Coordinator / Assistant to the Director who will collaborate closely with the MD/Founder as part of our business expansion.
We are looking for someone who can work in the Southern Suburbs, specifically Claremont.
This is a chance to develop significantly and learn on the job.

Duties & Responsibilities

Cooperate closely with the MD/Founder and the rest of the team.
Aid in organizing recruitment activities: communicate with candidates, gather paperwork, prepare applications, conduct necessary checks, and schedule interviews.

Desired Experience & Qualification

We are seeking individuals who are driven, honest, and eager to advance both personally and professionally.

Experience with recruitment and/or PA is preferred.
Outstanding administrative and MS Office abilities Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
and the capacity to forge strong, lasting relationships quickly
Ability to work under pressure, see the big picture, and use original thinking
