Call Centre Tasking Agent

We’re looking for someone to take charge of the efficient operation of our busy call center, where your professionalism, initiative, and office prowess would be appreciated.
- receive incoming emails from your internal and external customer base
- capture orders and quotes sent via email from the client
- monitoring of quotes and unfulfilled orders.

Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum specifications:
- Math or accounting on the matriculation certificate is required.
- 2 years minimum of experience working in an administrative capacity or an internal sales environment
- stable employment history Expertise in Word, Excel, and Office
- Experience in telesales previously
- Further education certificates or degrees are preferred but not necessary.
