Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Engineer and change bills of materials in accordance with the datasheet/order
SAP material and purchase item management for pump projects
Communicate with the drawing office
Provide data to draughtsman and ensure drawings are in accordance with data sheet specifications; expedite draughtsman drawings
Handle internal sales, purchasing, and production inquiries.
Ensure the efficient and effective engineering of all non-standard bills of materials and functions.
Ensure that both non-standard and standard jobs are uploaded to the SAP system.
Finish customer project documentation
Managing all customer/supplier inquiries
Planning
Read, review, and create drawings/documents
Respond to inquiries
Update and double-check IMN’s general supplier inquiries.
Check the pump and material choices, performance, mechanical seal selection, and auxiliaries.
All company policies and procedures must be followed and enforced.
As needed, assist fellow employees with daily functions.
Perform any other reasonable tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
