Duties will include:

• Equipment for laboratories and quality control in the paper and printing sectors
• Air curtains, industrial automatic doors, etc.
• answering calls and setting up doors, machinery, and other equipment
• contacting international vendors for information and technical support
• Instruction on equipment operation and maintenance for operators
• advising clients on unique applications and helping to write the required programs
• Travel worldwide for training and for installation and service work
• Join an installation crew, especially when it comes to automatic door installations.
• giving sales engineers technical assistance
• submitting pertinent reports, including travel or service reports, etc.
• Maintaining a precise and orderly method for cataloging manuals, technical drawings, etc.
• maintaining and managing a database of clients, the equipment they possess, the due dates for services and maintenance, etc.
