Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Make sure to carry out all tasks related to long-distance operations.
On-route control and observation
arranging for routine vehicle maintenance to ensure performance effectiveness
keeping meticulous records of vehicle maintenance and inspection
Ensure that every vehicle in the fleet is properly maintained, licensed, registered, and compliant with all applicable laws.
Make sure that all deliveries and collections are handled quickly and efficiently.
Keep in touch with clients and drivers at all times.
ensuring that client/customer relationships are upheld to the highest level of satisfaction
Daily Staff Management duties include general administration and document management. Make sure that all employees follow the policies and practices of the company.
Punish non-compliances and discipline violations with discipline
Manage, track, and report all accidents and incidents.
