Duties & Responsibilities

Work together with the team that produces food to ensure the items’ quality, safety, labeling, production, handling, and distribution.
Ensure that facilities for processing food adhere to the law and to requirements for sanitation and waste disposal.
Support the creation of new products and/or procedures based on customer input.
To enhance the current brand/product offering, research products, markets, and technology.
Ensure the quality and safety of food products by replacing any dangerous substances with alternatives.
obey the rules for federal compliance
Create prototypes and samples of new products.
Adapt current items to make them more marketable
Create guidelines for product labeling throughout production.
Compile data for cost analysis.
To guarantee a smooth start for new product production processes, keep precise records.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications

food science or a closely related topic bachelor’s degree FMCG experience Condiment history

Skills
