Foreman/Survey-Civil Construction 2023-2024
Introduction
- Our client is a leading construction firm in the Western Cape, and they are looking for a Foreman with Surveying expertise in the Civil Construction field. The company is headquartered in Wellington, but candidates must be willing to work away from home on occasion.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The ideal applicant will have strong people management, leadership, and communication abilities. The individual should be able to plan and organize the usage of materials and plant equipment to deliver excellent work to the customer while keeping the company’s interests in mind.
Desired Experience & Qualification
National Diploma in Civil Engineering or a comparable certification is required.
– at least three years of civil building experience (only civil);
– solid Surveyor knowledge, abilities, and experience
– a current driver’s license; and
– Must be self-sufficient and not scared to take initiative.
Candidates with all or any of the following civil construction experience will be given preference:
Pipelines, sewerage, water, and stormwater works, road construction, concrete works, and subterranean civil construction services, including underground pipelines
