Maximize the portfolio’s financial performance through managing tenants and personnel, maintaining the properties in accordance with industry standards, and managing the tenants. Secondarily, to support the property business in organizing, preparing, and submitting a bid or tender papers.

Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements:

3 years of property-related experience, ideally in property management, is necessary.
Tertiary education that is appropriate for the real estate industry is preferred.
Certificate of Competence from the Estate Agencies Affairs Board (NQF Level 4) – Full Status – Preferred – Required Fidelity
Fund Certificate
Having previous sales experience is preferred.
Experience in organizing, preparing, and submitting bids and tenders is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Duties:

Performance of the Portfolio’s finances
Building operations and cost management
Develop connections with the tenants and other internal and external parties.
Staff Control
Coordination, preparation, and submission of bids and tenders
building presentations and viewings
duties & government liaison
