Role Purpose 

This job is a fantastic chance for someone who wants to work in a busy finance department while developing their skills. You will be required to support the finance team administratively, especially in the creation of the monthly payroll, in addition to helping with accounts payable and bank reconciliation chores.

Duties and Key Responsibilities

• Reconciliation is done between bonus, overtime, and deduction values.
• Calculations for SSP, SMP, and other statutory adjustments
• processing paperwork and leavers’ compensation
• acknowledging payroll hazards and changing procedures to mitigate them. Emailing responses to concerns concerning payroll.
• Entry of Accounts Unpaid bills
• Several responsibilities for bank reconciliation
• keeping up-to-date records of member messages, keeping effective lines of communication open with internal departments
• to ensure commitment to any required follow-up actions, and to maintaining accurate records of member communications
• Addressing member complaints and advocating for member needs while working constructively and cooperatively with coworkers
• ensuring that participants, who might see a variety of processes as challenging and ambiguous, are at ease and completely understand them
• having the capacity to function in a group environment Taking responsibility for your performance and pushing it to reach predetermined KPIs
