  • A high-level human resources administrator now has the chance to efficiently carry out HR administrative duties and guarantee on-time delivery to internal and external stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Be the first person people call with any HR-related questions.
  • Help the HR Generalist and Head of HR with any HR-related issues that can come from different depots or specified contracts.
  • Processing on the system in accordance with predetermined deadlines all employee HR documentation, including new engagements, employee movements, promotions, and terminations.
  • Make sure that every IR Case is promptly recorded on the IR report.
  • The HR report is compiled and submitted each month.
  • Make sure that the system processes all HR-related paperwork in accordance with payroll deadlines.
  • Assisting with the hiring process; posting job openings on the HR system
  • shortlisting and screening
  • doing pre-employment screenings
  • assistance with HR projects as needed

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Relevant Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology from a four-year college or university
    at least three years of experience in HR administration.
  • Working knowledge of any HRIS is required.
  • MS Office proficiency, with a driver’s license and a personal vehicle
  • fundamental understanding of human resources procedures, is required.
  • You must be familiar with the fundamentals of HR law.
