Introduction

Duties & Responsibilities

  • New hire hiring, screening, and appointment processing.
  • Ensures that all termination paperwork is processed and finished.
  • HR management.
  • Organize and manage all learners’ training and schedules.
  • Manage any organizational structure adjustments on the HR Information System.
  • administer the employment equity procedure and provide assistance.
  • Manage the disciplinary process, which includes gathering and recording warnings and scheduling hearings.
  • Organize and schedule consultations on incapacitation.
  • Create the ad hoc and weekly HR reports that the HR Manager requests.
  • Make that the HR Information Systems are accurately maintained.
  • When necessary, assist with general or ad hoc tasks.
  • Management of the workforce and scheduling of employee leave and relief rosters
    help HRM out with ad hoc jobs
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, planning, and decision-making abilities.
  • When working with individuals, prudence, tact, and confidentiality are necessary.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • a National HR Degree or its equivalent is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 of those years spent as an expert in labor relations.
  • It is advantageous to have prior experience working in a sizable medical practice.
  • prior encounters with the CCMA’s Conciliation and Arbitration Office or its Bargaining Councils
  • Strong computer abilities (MS Office, email, internet) should be displayed.
  • own a dependable vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license (Code 08)
