To help with daily hiring inside the Merchant West group, we are searching for a young, motivated Internal Recruitment Officer.

Requirements

HR-related degree or equivalent
2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the financial services sector, and familiarity with a range of career platforms
The ability to multitask successfully and efficiently Strong in Microsoft Excel
Effective communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities

establishing a structure and policy for internal hiring, transfers, and recommendations.
meeting with managers to go about staffing needs for departments.
collaborating with managers and the HR division to identify openings
posting job openings on numerous employment portals and inside the company
professionalism throughout the whole interviewing, screening, and recruitment process.
employing a proactive hiring and talent-spotting strategy
