Overview:

Responsibilities in the Role:

• Helping with the recruitment process by entering candidate information into our CRM system.
  Assisting with the recruitment process by customizing the candidate’s CV to our specifications. This will be accomplished using tools such as MS Word, Google Docs, Job Boards, and so on.
  Using your excellent written and communication skills to interact with our candidates in a professional and friendly manner. This includes phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and so on.
  Building strong relationships with both our candidates and the other members of the Parvana team by utilizing your kind / caring approach.
  Accepting knowledge transfer to learn the ins and outs of the recruitment process and the technologies we use.

Qualifications Preferred:

• A tertiary education would be ideal.
