Lab Technician

Our customer is a worldwide company that specializes in creating edible chemicals and solutions for the preservation of fruits and vegetables.

The following are the duties of a lab technician:

The Western Cape, South Africa, oversees a centralized sample analysis center.
Establishing a measurement schedule, measuring samples, gathering data, analyzing data, and elevating sample-related issues are their responsibilities.
To effectively showcase the company’s innovations to potential partners, the lab technician is expected to constantly interact with members of the Process Engineering team and the Field Services team.
To collect samples from commercial venues, go.
do a series of tests on samples obtained from industrial settings.
produce quality tools by regularly calibrating them.
Monitor the inventory at the main building.
Keep your lab organized by clearly separating and labeling your sample groups.
Maintain and improve the data collection process flow
Study some data samples.
Prepare reports for public consumption.

Job Offer

The following qualifications should be present in the ideal Lab Technician candidate:

a BSc in chemistry, biology, food science, or a STEM-related discipline and at least three years of experience in the food testing business.
Capacity to operate both indoors and outdoors in cold or hot climates, as well as the ability to lift and transport fruit boxes (up to 50 lbs).
Fluency in the English language is necessary.
Must be able to show a driving record, insurance documentation, and a current automobile registration when hired.
