The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) is not accepting late applications for the 2024-2025 Academic year. Students who wish to apply for the NSFAS 2024 year must do so as soon as possible. On the NSFAS official website, www.nsfas.org.za, you can apply online or download the application form in pdf format.

The National Students Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) Online application for this academic year opens 1 September and closes on 30 November.

How To Apply For NSFAS

If you want to apply for NSFAS online, follow these instructions:

  • Visit the NSFAS website at www.nsfas.org.za for further information.
  • Then select “myNSFAS” from the drop-down menu.
  • After that, you’ll need to create a myNSFAS account.
