Duties & Responsibilities

You will have the chance to participate in the construction of a tech-solution infrastructure that addresses one of the most pressing socio-economic issues in Africa: unemployment.

Assist in producing effective and maintainable code while adhering to internal coding standards as a member of a dynamic team.
You will work on two client-facing Angular projects as well as a Web App with a microservices (federated services) back-end with a preference for GraphQL and REST API.
You will contribute to the architectural design, development, and maintenance of current projects by engineering solutions to technical issues that meet the objectives of both employers and job seekers.

Desired Experience & Qualification

We use TS/JS for both the front-end (Angular 10+) and back-end of our applications (Node.js, Nest.js). Less important than your familiarity and exposure to TS/JS are the specific frameworks you have worked with.
We combine GoogleFirebase with PostgreSQL and MongoDB as our databases. Relational and NoSQL database exposure and experience are essential. DevOps: To serve our Web App, we use AWS, DigitalOcean, Docker, PM2, and CI/CD.
GitLab is what we use for our repositories for version control.
