• In accordance with project, discipline, statutory regulations, good practice, and company procedural requirements, prepare/review technical specifications, contract specifications, calculations, reports, design criteria, tender documentation, installation contract documents, and other documents required by the project/study.
• Occasionally required to act as the discipline’s lead engineer, depending on operational needs.
• Make that the discipline’s or the project’s filing system is up to date and maintained.
• Make sure the designs support the construction process and the simplicity of plant maintenance and operations.
• Make ensure that all projects adhere to design engineering standards.

• National Diploma, BSc, BEng, or B. Tech, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  ECSA licensed

Experience, expertise, and knowledge:

• Minimum of three years of experience in the design office and on the Jobsite of mechanical systems for the mining and processing of minerals
  excellent computer abilities, including working knowledge of Word, databases, spreadsheets, and application software specific to the subject.
  Construction and commissioning site experience.
