For our team in Babelegi, Pretoria, we are currently looking to add a Quality Analyst for the East and Southern Africa region.

Position Summary

preserving product quality by ensuring that each item produced in the plant complies with standards. Organizes sensory sessions, as well as the release, rework, and final product, in a timely manner to meet the deadline for the release. Maintain ICP recording, and make sure GLP is followed at all times.

Sensory

maintaining product quality by making sure that every item produced at the facility complies with standards. Coordinates sensory sessions, timely release, rework, and final product such that on-time release goals are attained. Maintain ICP recording, and always make sure GLP is followed.

Microbiology(when required)

Pursuant to tight work planning and GLP, the sample preparation, analysis, and reporting of results are completed within the allotted turnaround time (depending on the product type).
Pathogen monitoring: Collect swabs in the factory and analyze them in accordance with the sampling schedule.
Ascertain that the pathogen monitoring plan is current and adheres to applicable criteria.
Prepare necessary medium for sample analysis. Perform the necessary sample analysis, and deliver the results by the deadline.
