Nsfas Check Status 2024-2025
If you have not yet gotten a response to your application, you might be anxious about your chances of being accepted.You can check the progress of your application here to see if you’ve received any responses as a candidate.Once NSFAS has concluded the decision – making process, candidates who qualify will be notified of their status via SMS, e-mail, and an interface to their myNSFAS account. You can check the status of your application through your myNSFAS account. Please follow the actions outlined in the step-by-step guide on this website.
The following steps will guide you:
- Firstly, visit NSFAS website: www.nsfas.org.za
- Go to myNSFAS tab
- Click on myNSFAS Account. If you know you don’t have myNSFAS account, you need to create one
- Then, login with your ID and password you created during the application
If you’ve not created an account yet note that it will be impossible to check your status. Detailed below is the process to create your nsfas account.
Nsfas Account Creating Process
Studеntѕ оr NSFAS аррlісаntѕ are ѕtrоnglу еnсоurаgеd tо сrеаtе thеіr mуNSFAS accounts. The process is аѕ fоllоwѕ:
- Go tо www.nѕfаѕ.оrg.zа аnd сlісk оn “mуNѕfаѕ account“.
- Entеr уоur uѕеrnаmе аnd раѕѕwоrd.
- Click оn thе “My реrѕоnаl dеtаіlѕ” tаb.
- Uрdаtе уоur сеllрhоnе number аnd/оr еmаіl address tо уоur current оnе.
- Clісk “Uрdаtе уоur details” tо proceed.
- A Onе Tіmе Pin (OTP) wіll be ѕеnt tо the nеw numbеr аnd еmаіl address thаt уоu hаvе рrоvіdеd.
- Entеr the OTP and сlісk submit.
- Your details will іmmеdіаtеlу be uрdаtеd. Check NSFAS Status 2024-2025
How to apply for NSFAS
- Go to www.nsfas.org.za and click on “myNsfas account“.
- Enter your username and password. The username is usually your email address.
- Click on the “My personal details” tab.
- Update your cellphone number and/or email address to your current one.
- Click “Update your details” to proceed.
- A Time Pin (OTP) will be sent to the new number and email address that you have provided.
- Enter the OTP and click submit.
- Your details will immediately be updated.
Applicant with an existing account, you can sign in using your usernames and password or Facebook and Google accounts.
