Step 1Get a student ID first.

Go to step 2 if you already have a student number.

Complete all the fields after selecting the Create New Student Number button.

Use the student number you are given when logging in along with your PIN number.

Undergraduate Students

In order for us to consider your application, kindly upload the following supporting documents. An incomplete application may be rejected by the university at its discretion:

You must also submit a copy of your matric diploma if you have already completed grade 12 or grade 11 (only final results).
The NWU will only consider applicants whose grade 12 scores are currently being improved after receiving those improved scores.
A certificate of exemption from the USAF is necessary for applicants who follow the Cambridge, GED, or any other non-NSC curriculum, or who may be exempt due to advanced age or post-school credentials.
