Job Description
Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:
Diary management: maintains Company’s appointment schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, etc.

- Management and coordination of the company’s journals and communications, ensuring that high-level organizational activities function effectively and efficiently to support business priorities with stakeholders both internal and external.
- Assist with the administrative tasks of screening calls, handling incoming inquiries, correspondence, and data and information collection.
- The team can benefit from your general business assistance.
- completing and submitting forms for expense claims and, if necessary, monthly credit card reconciliations for payment.
- The central point of contact for the Bayport International Group Support team to manage and coordinate all travel requirements.
- In accordance with the Approval Matrix, submit incoming invoices to the appropriate Executive for approval before sending them to Finance for payment.
- easing communication between the company and various stakeholders, both internal and external.
- To achieve business objectives, collaborate constructively and constructively with the Company team, senior management, and coworkers.
- Maintain and initiate professional communication on a regular basis with all relevant coworkers, executives, and senior managers.

Candidate Requirements/ Experience :
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- and ability to seamlessly prioritize multiple tasks while paying close attention to the small things.
- A minimum of two years experience managing offices in general.
- A bachelor’s degree or advanced diploma in a relevant field (such as business administration) and at least three years of experience
- supporting executive travel abroad are required.
- Advanced Adobe Pro skills.
- Excellent typing skills (speed and accuracy are both essential)
- Scheduling and diary management skills.
