Air conditioner Sales Consultant / Representative

Introduction

We are searching for a motivated individual to boost sales in our air conditioning division by boosting revenue and GP (gross profit) through cross- and up-selling. By committing to providing customers with outstanding service, we can both guarantee that we have pleased repeat clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • the needs of the customer
  • influencing consumers to buy Aircons
  • Inventory counts
  • following up with clients (products & delivery)
  • Flyer Drops
  • Going out for business and requiring weekly business report submissions
  • keeping informed about the products given by Hirsch’s
  • recognizing market trends and chances for business diversification
  • Make sure that stock areas are spotless, that stock is branded in accordance with Hirsch’s requirements, and that
  • advertising on sites like Gumtree and OLX is properly displayed.
  • Cross-selling and upselling
  • preventing the loss of any deals to rivals
  • after-sale assistance
  • assisting clients (in-store and telephonically)
  • escorting customers around the store
  • sales requests
  • Installations and service call reservations
  • ordering replacement components for clients
  • Obtain monthly turnover and profit goals.
  • assembling quotes and communicating with clients about quotes
  • preserving a competitive edge
  • providing top-notch service
  • Make sure all ad hoc jobs are finished
  • aid in the merchandising of the store
  • Hirsch’s database is being built via driving opt-in forms.
  • When necessary, Hirsch provides fellow employees with knowledge transfer and coaching.
  • repping Hirsch’s during gatherings and performances

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Grade 12 or Matric pass
  • Computer literate
  • Clear criminal record
  • Excellent communication skills (English)
