Introduction

We are searching for a competent, highly motivated, and confident Paralegal that is enthusiastic about Law to join our team.

offer the organization legal counsel and services;
Analyzing employment and business contracts; handling intellectual property; doing company secretarial duties; assisting with trial preparation, and reviewing legal materials;
aid in the provision of complete legal solutions;
help reduce the possibility of legal action;
do a legal study and research
aid in overseeing production, workflow, and office deadlines;
perform any additional tasks as directed by the management team;
making and submitting reports.
compiling legal documentation.
examining fresh business connections with suppliers and contractors
advising managers on concerns of compliance and regulation.
Look into any violations of the law by the business or a staff member using the whistleblowing hotline.
Make sure the business conforms and provides the necessary documentation.
Understand the business and the industry

Desired Experience & Qualification

matriculation is a must;
at least one year of legal experience and a degree, or three years of legal experience and ongoing LLB studies;
high degrees of precision;
high level of detail-oriented attention;
high standards for responsibility, ethics, and professionalism;
excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
excellent judgment and the capacity to foresee legal concerns or hazards; discretion in handling sensitive subjects;
general awareness of legal principles and concerns;
general awareness of legal principles and concerns;
Excellent typing and shorthand abilities are required, as well as proficiency with computers.
(PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Office);
Outstanding organizational abilities; shown capacity to operate under pressure and under strict deadlines;
a mature and adaptable approach with the capacity to work alone;
talents in mathematics and analysis.
