Within the Parliamentary Services Administration, the RSA Parliament employs an online recruitment system to manage job opportunities and vacancies. To register their profile and apply for advertised employment, all interested applicants should follow the processes outlined below.

  • APPLICANTS FROM THE OUTSIDE (Person that has never been employed by Parliament)
  • AN EX-EMPLOYEE IS A PERSON WHO HAS LEFT THE COMPA (Person that was previously employed by Parliament including previously employed Interns and existing Interns)

WHERE DO I APPLY?

STEP ONE: Create an iRecruitment profile. STEP TWO: Update all required personal information, and work experience, and upload all required certified supporting documentation (qualification certificates, IDs, CVs, etc.).
NB: Please make sure you have electronic copies of the following documents available for simple uploading into the system.

  • Only those who have been interviewed will receive regret correspondence.
  • A performance agreement will be required of all selected candidates.
  • The Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity principles are followed by the Parliamentary Services Administration.
  • All shortlisted candidates will undergo security and information verification, including citizenship status, security vetting, and qualifications.
  • The South African Police Service (SAPS) and the State Security Agency will conduct a positive security clearance on all appointees (SSA).
  • The House of Commons reserves the right to refuse to make an appointment.
