- Through performance monitoring and assessment, the Department of Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation works for continual improvement in service delivery. Our staff’s daily actions are guided by the Department’s principles, which include client focus, professionalism, and teamwork.

- Applicants for all positions must meet the qualifications and/or experience requirements outlined in the advertisement.
- Applications must be submitted on the Z.83 form, which can be obtained from any public service department (click here to get the Z.83 form), along with a full CV and a copy of identification.
- Only those who have been shortlisted will be asked to submit certified copies of their credentials.
- A valid pre-employment vetting will be required to confirm the final appointment.
- Only the candidates who have been shortlisted will be contacted.
- The inclusive pay package for salary levels 11 to 15 consists of a basic income, the state’s contribution to the Government
- Employees Pension Fund, and a flexible portion based on applicable laws.
- SMS members (Levels 13 to 15) will be subjected to competency exams and will be required to sign performance contracts and financial declaration forms upon assumption of duty.
