All roadside and business equipment problems should be seen, noted, and reported.

On the ATMS website and the Excel spreadsheet, accurately and completely enter all pertinent data.
Manage any incidents in accordance with Sop’s Monitor, and notify the shift supervisor of any system issues or failures.
Make that the VMS on the designated stretch of road is operational. Ensure that all incident folders are complete with the pertinent snapshots and incident videos extracted.
help the manager with ad hoc tasks
Timely and precisely complete time sheets submission
When necessary, participate in weekly staff meetings and record minutes. Complete and distribute shift reports as needed.

Minimum Grade 12 Certificate Certificate in Traffic Engineering or Call Center Management (will be advantageous)
Office 2007 (Intermediate in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Word, and Microsoft Outlook)
experience with a contact center or CCTV surveillance for at least two years
