- Join the Securities and Financial Markets Law Research Niche as a Full-Time Postdoctoral Fellow at the Faculty of Law, North-West University, South Africa, under the Mentorship/Supervision of Prof. HT Chitimira.
Duties & Responsibilities
Fellowship Amount: R192 000 per annum
Where: Mahikeng Campus
Duration: 1 year (renewable on satisfactory progress)
Desired Experience & Qualification
LLD/Ph.D. in Corporate/Mercantile Law; at least 2 published academic journal articles, book chapters, or conference proceedings are the minimum prerequisites.
Securities and financial law niche (Securities Regulation, Financial Inclusion, Financial law, Banking law, Competition law, Market Abuse and Financial Crime Regulation, Regulation and use of Fintech and AI Measures to Curb Financial Crime, Fintech and Securities Law, Fintech and Financial Markets Law)
How to use: Include a thorough CV, two letters (s) of recommendation, and a copy of your LLD/Ph.D. certificate, a copy of your LLD/Ph.D. thesis, and copies of publications or links to publications.
The yearly total compensation package shall be in accordance with NWU policy guidelines and consistent with the level of appointment as stated in the job posting.
