Duties & Responsibilities

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Manage and upkeep the Quality Control gates and the Quality Management system.
to organize and train the superior team.
to guide, mentor, and hold team members responsible for their work.
Encourage ongoing development.
Make sure the crew has the greatest working conditions.
obey all factory and governmental rules.
to play a crucial part in the deployment of new business.
Document Management

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

matriculation or a comparable degree.
Technical degree (S3 or equivalent).
Having a qualified metallurgist would be beneficial.
An internal quality auditor who is certified in ISO/TS 16949 is required.
a minimum of five years’ worth of relevant experience in the automotive manufacturing sector.
With the knowledge and skills necessary to create and maintain a quality management system compliant with ISO/TS 16949.
understanding of SPC’s use and implementation.
logical problem-solving skills.
The capacity to think optimistically, strong initiative, and a clear understanding of the company’s goals.
