IT Solutions Delivery Lead

• We are looking for an experienced IT solutions delivery Lead to join our IT function and contribute to the growth of our business by using their technical experience from digital IT and contact centers to help deliver Sigma-connected solutions to clients. This is due to the Sigma Connected Group’s continued rapid growth.

As an IT solutions delivery Lead you will :

• Manage system integrations during implementation and be in charge of the scoping, specification, and post-sales delivery of solutions that are customized to the customer.
• Be knowledgeable with pre-sales consulting, preparing bids for the public and private sectors, sales, and solution shaping for BPO/contact center services.
• Recognize the business difficulties of clients, assess issues, and offer both functional and technical solutions.
• possess strong communication abilities in both writing and speaking.
• possess good technical IT abilities in contact center infrastructure and modern technologies (CRM software suites, cloud contact center solutions, etc.)

Job Responsibilities : 

• Customer prospects and requests are functionally and technically qualified.
• On proposals, paperwork, and pricing, assist the business development team.
• Respond to requests for proposals, pricing details, and technical inquiries on behalf of the business development team.
• Work closely with clients to ascertain, comprehend, and organize their needs.
• Determine obstacles and opportunities, and aid sales in comprehending and organizing the proposal.

• Will oversee the technical application of the remedy, involving other parts of the IT department and the business as necessary.
