  Involved in the management of events and social gatherings
  Assisting with CV formatting on urgent assignments
  Booking arrangements for PA Administration
  Invoicing concerns
• Credit control and management inquiries
  Report creation
  Surveys of Clients and Candidates
  Introductory database system training for new internal hires.
  Basic orientation entails gathering personal information and entering it into a spreadsheet in the support folder.
  Timesheet Administration
  Managing Advert allocation / Job board advertisement queries
