  • Searching for a RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT with substantial experience in Bellville, Western Cape.

Duties & Responsibilities

With a focus on creating a talent pipeline in accordance with our transformation efforts in Distribution, the recruitment consultant is in charge of working with key stakeholders to provide a thorough in-house recruitment service for the adviser offices nationwide.
Responsibilities:
  • Understanding recruitment needs requires collaboration with key parties.
  • Quality talent can be found, attracted to, and placed by managing the entire recruitment process, which includes:
  • Job postings on the company website, job boards, and social media, such as LinkedIn
  • Networking to create a talent pipeline
  • Shortlisting and interviewing candidates over the phone;
  • conducting background checks; extending offers;
  • giving candidates feedback; onboarding and vesting new hires;
  • implementing talent retention strategies;
  • career counseling;
  • and reporting on all recruitment-related activities.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum requirements:

  • Proficient in spoken and written English as well as at least one other of the official South African languages; completed National Diploma in Human Resources Management; three years of relevant recruitment experience in a fast-paced work environment; computer literate (MS Office – Advanced Excel skills).

Recommended requirements:

  • ┬áHR Generalist experience

Competencies required:

  • Focusing on clients and candidates; networking and relationship-building abilities; influencer skills; and attention to detail
