Duties & Responsibilities

    • Manage and coordinate each region’s assigned external sales recruitment efforts.
    • Identifying additional advertising platforms appropriate for the region, role, and/or business at large, as well as advertising all Sales Consultant openings via the pertinent business recruitment tools, such as Pnet, Linkedin, etc.
    • Screen applicants for the Sales Consultant position via telephone and CV (in accordance with the job description/specifications).
  • Oversee and manage the online feedback report, which will only be sent to the regional head of sales and area sales managers. Manage the online assessments of candidates.
    Ensure that the Sales Manager conducted the final interview at the club, recorded it, and added it to the employee staff file along with the reference checks. Coach the Sales Managers through the online assessment report.
    • Post job openings on job boards within the company, advertise open positions on online job boards, in newspapers, and by electronic and hard copy mail to organizations and contacts with the Director of Human Resources’ approval.
  • Manage ad-hoc sales recruitment requests from the club; Manage the regional sales recruitment day calendar on a monthly or quarterly basis; Invite all shortlisted candidates to the recruitment day on a monthly basis; Provide the regional head of sales/area sales manager with a list of candidates prior to the recruitment day, at least two to three days prior to the day;
  • • Contribute to the statistical analysis and revision recommendations of any recruitment processes and methodologies.
    Establish a strong rapport with the Regional Head of Sales, Area Sales Manager, and Sales Manager to understand needs and quickly fill vacancies. • Prepare pertinent reports as requested by the sales division.
    • Control communications among all parties involved in the hiring process.
    • Keep track of the applicant flow, keep a pipeline of qualified candidates for consideration in the future, and assist in gathering and analyzing recruitment data.
    • Create and maintain a database of qualified professionals to quickly fill open positions.
    • Exhibit tact and discretion when dealing with private information.
    • The capacity to travel to the field offices as necessary.
