  • We need an experienced Recruitment Consultant to help us with the candidate process, which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for our key accounts. This position is office-based, desk-bound, and located at our Bedfordview headquarters. This position does not require any travel.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Matriculation and at least 2-3 years of recruitment agency experience are required.
  • Contribute to the placement process to help with the management of our key accounts.
  • You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for various permanent positions.
  • You will oversee the “candidate process” from beginning to end.
  • A thorough and detailed screening process is required.
  • Candidates should be interviewed and shortlisted accordingly.
  • Liaison with the team’s Key Account Manager and provide daily feedback on your shortlisting progress. Work in a fast-paced environment to ensure client parameters and deadlines are met.
  • Perform all background checks
  • This is a desk-bound, office-based position.
  • Vacancies range from junior to senior levels – permanent roles in Office Support, Finance, Technical, Sales, and Marketing.
