RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote the hiring services, and acknowledge and work to meet operational hiring needs.
Talent sourcing, or “pipelining,” is the process of finding candidates for open positions now and in the future.
interviewing, evaluating, and matching potential candidates with positions needed for operations (telephonic and face-to-face interviews).
conducting criminal, reference, and credit checks on the candidates who made the shortlist.
Make placements by gathering high-quality specs, and matching qualified applicants with open positions.
administer tasks related to your job. - To ensure repeat business, cultivate good relationships with everyone in your value chain and provide exceptional service.
Through cold calling, site visits, networking, key account management, etc., obtain new specifications.
Recruit candidates for the client’s open positions using database searches, advertising, social media outreach, headhunting, and networking.
CVs are reviewed, phone and in-person interviews are held, references are checked, and shortlists are created.
Prepare resumes for submission to the client, introduce candidates to the client along with your recommendations, schedule client interviews, follow up, and communicate offers to candidates. - By maintaining regular contact, make sure candidates start working for clients and keep their placement during the probationary period.
Online client and candidate folder maintenance, database upkeep, submission of activity reports, billing for placements made, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12.
APSO NQF Qualification for Recruitment Consultants.
Qualification in human resources or industrial psychology is advantageous.
a polite telephone manner.
1-2 years’ minimum of experience in recruiting.
excellent oral and written English skills.
Excellent listening and information-seeking abilities to profile resumes of candidates
Self-motivated, self-assured, professional, able to remain calm and composed under pressure, and deadline-driven.
Experience in networking and selling.
