Duties & Responsibilities
The following are the items we seek:
- builds and expands a client base by locating companies, including SMEs and multinationals, that have hiring needs now or in the future using commercial information.
creates a strategy for client contact and makes calls for business development.
plans meetings and shows up to pitches with potential clients
maintains and strengthens existing client relationships in order to win back-to-back, exclusive orders.
Consults and interacts with clients to learn about their needs, then sells the best option to bring in the best candidates. - oversees the entire hiring process, including presenting and selling qualified candidates, overseeing interviews, and overseeing the offer stages.
enables appropriate post-placement contact and support; solicits comments and testimonials
reaches out to other fields or regions to exchange pertinent client information in order to cross-sell
to become an authority in their market, establish networks in your industry, sector, and geographic area.
talking to potential candidates - utilizes sourcing tools, such as social media, networking, referrals, and advertising, to locate and draw potential candidates.
keeps a current candidate database while adhering to all legal and compliance requirements
interviews candidates to learn about their needs and gather useful market data
offers guidance on market conditions, resume and interview techniques, and expectations management
ensures candidates are fully prepared before the interview process by providing information, and obtains thorough feedback
Supports candidates after placement and stays in touch to build enduring relationships with potential future clients - interacting with coworkers
Works as a vital team member, inspiring others and effectively communicating
networks within the company to create business connections that can lead to commercial opportunities
shares their manager’s business pipeline
identifies high caliber PRCs collaboratively throughout the company through personal and professional networking
Desired Experience & Qualification
The following is what we’re looking for:
- Relevant experience
seasoned recruiting experience in an outside agency 360 recruitment experience
Minimum of three to five years of experience
strong business development skills and strong sales skills
Ability to work in a big corporation is necessary.
It must be formal.
