• Matric,
• 6 to 8 years of experience in the recruitment industry, with a focus on permanent placements.
• Proven track record of identifying and securing qualified candidates in a generalist recruitment environment.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Computer experts (MS office)
• A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are advantages.
• Ability to effectively communicate with candidates
• Experience managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Networking to ensure a strong database of skilled candidates
• Conduct in-depth competency-based interviews (both target and selection).
• Contact candidates, establish interest, and conduct interviews for relevant positions within the timeframe specified.
• Approach potential job candidates in a proactive manner.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly et activities and financial targets
• Prepare for candidate presentations to clients.
• Create your own leads to expand your client base in your area of expertise.
• Promotion of suitable profiles to prospective clients
• The ability to work quickly
