Account Manager for ICT Recruitment

- To join our extraordinary team, we are looking for an enthusiastic, engaged ICT Recruitment Account Manager with at least three years of experience in external recruitment (sourcing and account management).
You will need a conducive work-from-home environment with a reliable internet connection and a serious self-managed work ethic to bring to the party no matter where your home is, whether it’s Jozi, Cape Town, or Darling.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Managing the needs and expectations of clients
Comply with job requirements in order to fully comprehend the needs
Post alluring advertisements on portals
searching for relevant positions
Finding, vetting, speaking with, and selecting the most qualified candidates
provide clients with candidates
Make sure all necessary checks, such as reference checks, are completed.
Negotiate with candidates and accept their offers - persistent client and candidate follow-up
CRM management and updating
We provide a rewarding commission structure, a starting wage that is commensurate with experience, and a positive team environment.
