Duties & Responsibilities
- We want to grow our staff of recruiters. Send us your CV and a cover letter outlining why you believe you would make a successful recruitment consultant if you believe you have what it takes to be one.
Your obligations include:
- Creating job postings
- candidate sourcing and interviewing (telephonically and in-person)
- checking references
- processing resumes with our hiring software
- contacting and attracting new customers (new business)
- arranging interviews and pursuing offers and placements
