Duties & Responsibilities
- Personal visits, telephonic and cold calling for business development
- Obtaining new business clients
- Matching applicants’ resumes to the job specifications
- Telephone and in-person interviews with candidates
- Making of shortlists
- Interview scheduling
- Checks for referencing
- Deal completion
Desired Experience & Qualification
- HR qualification or certificate plus Grade 12
- 3 years of recruitment industry experience
- Assertive and driven
Package & Remuneration
- Salary is highly negotiable, and there are good commission structures.
