- Datacentrix is looking for an experienced IT recruiting consultant with previous experience working for a recruitment firm. The full range of recruitment tasks must be completed by the recruitment consultant in a hurry in order to meet deadlines. Without using a job spec, the candidate must have substantial IT recruitment experience.

Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements:
- Grade 12 matriculation and a degree in human resources
3 years of IT recruitment experience with APSO Entrance Exams and IPSC in a recruitment agency setting
a thorough and perceptive interviewer who emphasizes motivation, performance, and fit
Negotiation and sales techniques
Communication abilities both in writing and speaking
team player and optimistic outlook
Understands the true job requirements at the technical level – not a “box checker “
Be accustomed to working in a target-driven workplace
PRIMARY AREAS OF PERFORMANCE
- screening and matching of candidates.

Accurately comprehend client’s request and locate appropriate applicants through effective matching
Determine and address any candidate’s possible risks.
Recruitment Assistance Inform the applicant of all employment requirements in an effective manner.
Interview each applicant in accordance with the business guidelines to determine their strengths, abilities, and needs.
To ensure loyalty, cultivate and maintain positive relationships with your core candidates.
Verify everything with checks
Organize and arrange client and applicant interviews. - Make sure every CV is quality-checked before being submitted to the client.
Choosing the best prospects for interviews and seeing to the debriefing after the interview
Maintain strict adherence to corporate governance at all times.
Maintaining the database: Make sure all paperwork is completed and signed.
Keep database documents current and accurate (Placement Partner)
Ensured placements (contracts, resignation support, and advice on counteroffers)
