Desired Experience & Qualification

  • relatable finished Degree or Diploma preferred
    5 years or more of experience in hiring the experienced
    knowledge of recruitment agencies
    knowledge of innovative recruitment strategies and procedures for enhancing client service
    Knowledge of market mapping, stakeholder management, and current hiring/recruitment laws and procedures
    proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), as well as familiarity and experience using applicant tracking systems
    the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment where several projects are ongoing at once
