Introduction
- You will be in charge of positioning the company’s brand while leading and directing talent resourcing initiatives. In order to understand their talent needs and align the company’s recruitment strategies with their people plans, you will also work collaboratively with the relevant business clients and stakeholders. In order to promote a seamless candidate and client experience, you will also ensure customer obsession and use the best recruitment strategies as part of your role.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both new and current business clients while gaining a thorough understanding of their resourcing needs in order to develop best-in-class sourcing strategies.
Manage and oversee complete resourcing services, including being responsible for promptly informing and updating important stakeholders.
Consult with business clients to support targeted recruitment strategies based on analysis, research, and research on business drivers and strategies.
proactive candidate sourcing to meet client needs through in-depth research, internal databases, alternative sourcing channels, referrals, and talent mapping exercises.
- Regularly provide market trends and analysis, using these descriptors to influence hiring strategies.

Desired Experience & Qualification
- relatable finished Degree or Diploma preferred
5 years or more of experience in hiring the experienced
knowledge of recruitment agencies
knowledge of innovative recruitment strategies and procedures for enhancing client service
Knowledge of market mapping, stakeholder management, and current hiring/recruitment laws and procedures
proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), as well as familiarity and experience using applicant tracking systems
the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment where several projects are ongoing at once
a positive outlook and the drive to pick things up quickly
