Job Summary
  • By identifying present and potential hiring needs, the recruitment coordinator is in charge of the process of locating, luring, and hiring talent.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Engage candidates for entry-level and executive positions.
  • Post job openings and vacancies on a variety of platforms, including job boards, career pages, and social networks (like PNet, Facebook, and LinkedIn).
  • actively seek out and interview candidates online using resources like professional networks and portfolio websites.
  • Screen applications and resumes, and keep job seekers informed of hiring procedures.
  • During various stages of the hiring process, interview candidates.
  • Report the status of open positions to hiring managers and HR managers.
  • Based on how they performed in the interview, evaluate the candidates.
  • Establish the minimal requirements for each position’s requirements.
  • To predict future hiring needs, examine turnover and retention rates.
  • new job descriptions (e.g., add new tasks or modify and update requirements).

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • a high school diploma
  • trusted transportation
  • at least 1–2 years of experience in recruiting (general recruitment, junior to exco level positions)
  • Experience in the insurance sector is very beneficial.
  • A tertiary education is very beneficial.
