Responsibilities and Duties:
- Engage candidates for entry-level and executive positions.
- Post job openings and vacancies on a variety of platforms, including job boards, career pages, and social networks (like PNet, Facebook, and LinkedIn).
- actively seek out and interview candidates online using resources like professional networks and portfolio websites.
- Screen applications and resumes, and keep job seekers informed of hiring procedures.
- During various stages of the hiring process, interview candidates.
- Report the status of open positions to hiring managers and HR managers.
- Based on how they performed in the interview, evaluate the candidates.
- Establish the minimal requirements for each position’s requirements.
- To predict future hiring needs, examine turnover and retention rates.

Desired Experience & Qualification
- a high school diploma
- trusted transportation
- at least 1–2 years of experience in recruiting (general recruitment, junior to exco level positions)
- Experience in the insurance sector is very beneficial.
- A tertiary education is very beneficial.
