  • The role’s aim is to ensure the operational quality of the Recruitment Service in relation to the specific business portfolio being serviced. The role collaborates with the Senior Group Recruitment Manager to deliver recruitment services to their business portfolio, ensuring the attraction, selection, and contracting of candidates to achieve business objectives, using the Acquisition framework developed in the Group Talent Solutions space. The job produces business recruiting briefing inputs and collaborates closely with the OE team to develop relevant role profile inputs in collaboration with People Partners and business, as well as platform-specific inputs to maximize candidate attractiveness. This function is successful because it drives an effective, professional, and proficient recruitment experience throughout the portfolio.

Duties & Responsibilities


Employee Centric Delivery:

  • Providing feedback on strategies and plans for designing search campaigns, pre-screening, sourcing, selection, induction, and retention programs to provide a robust, full lifecycle recruiting approach.
    Contributing to the implementation of the Group Recruitment plan within agreed-upon timeframes and budgets, as well as reporting on performance measures
    Supervising the development of a pipeline of candidates and talent to meet future business needs within a certain business portfolio.
People (Self, Team & Organisational):
  • Creating and leading the appropriate Business Portfolio Recruitment team in order to supply Recruitment solutions and services.
    Driving the implementation of an innovative, agile, and employee-centric culture within the specific Business Portfolio Recruitment team, where people are supported, empowered, and respected.
 Financial, Reporting & BI:
  • Creating a budget for the Business Portfolio Recruitment team. Managing the particular Business Portfolio Recruitment team costs while balancing the need for optimal personnel and operational recruitment experience. Driving the collection and application of recruitment data and business information in order to transform the delivery of certain Business Portfolio Recruitment team services and priorities.
Governance & Compliance:
  • Assuring that the specific Business Portfolio Recruitment team adheres to applicable labor relations regulations and legislation.
    Ensuring that organizational and legislative governance structures and standards are followed.
    Group Recruitment governance structures, rules, processes, procedures, and frameworks must be aligned with and adhered to.
  • Assuring that the specific Business Portfolio Recruitment team is correctly formed and resourced to fulfill its mandate with the right individuals in the right roles with the right competencies at the right time.

Package & Remuneration

  • R 900000 – R 1000000 – Annually
