Introduction

Our client is looking for a Recruitment Manager to deliver recruitment services that ensure the attraction, selection, and contracting of candidates in order to meet business objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key performance indicators:

Providing strategic advice to improve search campaigns, pre-screening, sourcing selection, induction, and retention initiatives.
Oversee a recruitment team.
Budget management and development for recruitment.
Assuring that recruitment data and business intelligence can be used to improve service delivery and adherence to relevant labor relations frameworks and legislation.
Ensure that the recruitment team is prepared to hire the right people at the right time.

Desired Experience & Qualification

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

Matriculation plus a relevant degree or equivalent.
4 or more years of experience in recruitment for a large corporation.
FMCG recruitment knowledge and experience are required.
Proven understanding of relevant laws and regulations, as well as best practices in recruitment.
Understanding of HR practices and policies.
The ability to work well under duress.
The demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders.
The ability to influence and drive projects.
The ability to complete tasks on time.
