While reporting to the HR Manager, provide the organization with proactive and efficient candidate sourcing. This position requires sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, and reference checks while working as part of a team.

Job Specification

WORK INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING: Recruiting: In charge of all internal and external hiring.
Use appropriate recruitment-related websites and media to advertise.
Make sure you use appealing external job descriptions and advertisements and get department manager approval.
Create a recruitment pipeline for key positions.
