MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- For outbound sales contact sales agent roles, including specialized sales responsibilities within the insurance sectors, this role will be responsible for attracting and hiring the highest caliber applicants in large volumes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Offer a complete solution for hiring salespeople.
• Create a media strategy that is in line with the capacity plan to guarantee that there is a sufficient talent pool accessible for placement.
• Create ads that appeal to a broad audience while emphasizing qualified sales candidates.
• Oversee the internal employee referral program and other initiatives involving internal sourcing.
• Creating job descriptions and profiles in collaboration with the line manager for new openings.
- Examine the applications you’ve received and profile yourself for the different campaigns.
• Interview the candidates who made the shortlist over the phone.
• Assess multiple competencies with an emphasis on effective sales and communication abilities.
• Interviews should be scheduled in accordance with the training schedule.
- • Set up and carry out competency-based interviews to determine whether the applicant is properly qualified for the position in terms of work experience and personality.
• Arrange and oversee interviews while giving line managers direction, criticism, and assistance.
• Create, evaluate, and update interview guides, making sure that prior to the interview, all stakeholders have access to interview packets.
- • Perform all prerequisite checks including the criminal/ITC checks.
• Verify that the candidate satisfies the fit and suitable standards set out by the department’s needs.

• Work with the Sales and Training departments to enhance candidate profiles.
Reporting, Systems, and Administration
- up-to-date candidate data on the ATS for hiring
• The Recruitment ATS stores all recruitment and training records. Each successful applicant has an HR folder developed and submitted to the HR department. Average leads are updated.
• Confirmation of training and start dates so that applicants are informed of the deadlines for reporting for duty and the kinds of documentation needed.
• Monthly and weekly reports are finished on time.
Desired Experience & Qualification
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- A minimum of two years of expertise in bulk hiring in a high-volume setting is required. It also helps to have prior experience hiring for outbound sales contact centers.
- ATS (Applicant tracking systems) recruitment expertise is required, as are creative methods for luring talent and a clean record.
- Expertise in the Microsoft Office suite
- A relevant HR qualification
