Duties & Responsibilities

Can you see yourself helping recruiters grow and improve their skills in order to change their lives?
You must coach, motivate, and equip recruiters to be the best they can be as a trainer instead of just providing advice. Among the responsibilities are:
  • Create educational materials
  • Organize classroom instruction and one-on-one interviews with recruiters
  • locating performance gaps in recruiters
  • Provide management and recruiters with performance feedback
  • Plan of action recommendations for recruiters
  • Identifying and utilizing recruiters’ strengths
  • Create strategies to combat weaknesses
  • Recognize and comprehend the feelings and responses of others.
Requirements:
  • degree in industrial psychology or psychology (preferable)
    3-5 years of experience in recruitment at an organization with a strong emphasis on business development
    exposure to learning and growth
    a love of people
    Need to lend a helping hand to others
