Duties & Responsibilities

Can you imagine yourself helping recruiters grow and improve their skills in order to transform their lives?
You must coach, motivate, and enable recruiters to be the best they can be as a trainer instead of merely providing advice. Some of the duties include:

Create educational materials
Organize classroom instruction and one-on-one interviews with recruiters
finding performance gaps in recruiters
Provide management and recruiters with performance feedback
Plan of action recommendations for recruiters
Identifying and utilizing recruiters’ strengths
Create strategies to combat weaknesses
Recognize and comprehend the feelings and responses of others.

Requirements:

degree in industrial psychology or psychology (preferable)
3-5 years of experience in recruitment at an organization with a strong emphasis on business growth
exposure to learning and growth
a love of people
Need to lend a helping hand to others
