Duties & Responsibilities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Making and delivering bills to customers
Make sure clients receive timely and accurate billing for the services they received.
upkeep of the business’s records
Investigate and address any questions.
Follow up on allocated accounts to find unpaid debts
obtaining any money owing to the business
Respond to inquiries or grievances
investigate and correct payment or account inconsistencies
creating regular management and financial reports

Desired Experience & Qualification

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

Grade 12
5 years of experience in the same position
A suitable degree will be advantageous to you.
Communication skills with clients
negotiating techniques
abilities in managing people (including skills to manage and motivate)
having managerial or supervisory experience
Skills for resolving disputes
excellent communicator (Verbal & Written)
good computer abilities, particularly the capacity to use spreadsheets in Excel
talents in analysis and problem-solving
Accurate and detail-oriented Time management abilities
bilingual in English and Afrikaans Service- and goal-oriented
